Scott Belcher is the Executive Director of the Automated. Connected. Electric. Shared. (ACES) Mobility Coalition, a newly formed public sector led, multi-sector coalition, to educate and promote appropriate regulation and adoption of shared use mobility providing first and last mile connectivity to support public transportation, safety, the environment and workforce development.    

Scott is also the CEO of SFB Consulting and a co-founder of CYBRBASE.  Previously, Scott served as the CEO of the Telecommunications Industry Association and of ITS America.  Scott has also held executive leadership positions at several other prominent trade associations, practiced environmental law with Beveridge & Diamond, PC, served as professional staff for the U.S. House of Representative Appropriations Committee, and served in several positions at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.  Scott serves on multiple private advisory boards and is active in several industry associations. 

Scott received his law degree at the University of Virginia, his MPP at Georgetown, and his BA at the University of Redlands.
