Gavin Jackson brings extensive experience in the technology sector to his leadership as Oxa’s CEO, where he is responsible for the company’s business and product strategy and global expansion.

Having held senior leadership positions in some of the world’s most prominent technology companies, Gavin has deep expertise in leading teams and scaling commercial deployment. As the Managing Director of Microsoft UK, he was responsible for leading its enterprise commercial business. As Managing Director of Amazon Web Services, UK & Ireland, he was responsible for driving the teams and strategies across EMEA operations. Prior to those roles, Gavin held leadership positions at EMC, VMware and UiPath.
An alumnus of Cranfield Business School, IMD School of Management, and Harvard Business School’s executive leadership program, Gavin is a mentor to start-up companies and an avid supporter of diversity in technology.
